When can I win again?

Prizes less than $100 – 30 days
Prizes more than $100 and cash – 60 days

When can I pick up my prizes?

24 Hours after winning
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Excluding Holidays

Where do I pick up my prizes?

Can you mail my prize?

We prefer not to because winners may not receive their prize;
however, we can if requested and you live beyond a 50 mile radius.

What do I need to claim my prize?

Prizes - A government issued photo id

Cash -  A government issued photo id
   AND Social Security Card

Can someone else pick up my prize?

Yes; however, you must call our offices
between 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday - Friday to let us know.
You must also send your
government issued photo id or a legible copy
with the person picking up the prize. 
You may also fax this information to:

Can you mail my prize?

We prefer not to because winners may not receive their prize;

* However, you will have to furnish a fax or photocopy
of the acceptable ID(s) listed below.
The prize can only be shipped to the address on the ID

Can I win if I live out of state?

Prizes can only be awarded to persons residing
in the metro listening area of WISW.
